In 2023, life felt like a domino effect and I could see that next Domino fall, it’s just been an art to get it to fall into place .

It was inevitable as my dad struggled with his health issues, he wasn’t going to be able to stay where he was and heal. Thank God he listened and acknowledged the inevitability of being hospitalized and looked after by the great doctors of SUNY Downstate. Him acknowledging that inevitability was actually a great thing and gave my family and I piece of mind.

Unfortunately, months since his passing , I also feel the inevitability of life moving forward and quite frankly I’m scared that if I move things forward it just means I inch closer to losing another person around me. Morbid I know. It is not that I control anyone’s destiny, it just explains why I have felt like I slow-roll things just so I can keep the moment where it is, whether it be a perfect or imperfect moment.

However, I have also felt positive parts of inevitability. Having been back with Gabriella for nearly a year , the inevitable nature of us moving back together in July made sense. I had to just let that happen and see where it goes once and for all. For everyone around us, announcing our engagement became an inevitability everyone saw coming as we are truly magnetized and a dynamic pair even when we have our differences . God has always given us a chance to make this work. This time, Gabby and I have turned this into a positive inevitable by being more in tune with each other in so many ways this time around.

In fact our engagement has helped me realize you too can make a positive inevitability in your life become a reality . So instead of delaying it and continually putting it off, start turning your inevitable path/destiny into a positive in 2024, and maybe a reality, and see where it leads you. It might just lead you to the love your of your life or the dream job you’ve always wanted!

As the commercial goes , ‘don’t delay, act now today!’
